Wenck Elects Two New Board Members


MINNESOTA (August 2017) – Wenck announced today that Kathy Clements, vice president of finance with Ecolab, and John Wilgers, retired managing partner with Ernst & Young, have been elected to its board of directors, as of June 2017.

Mr. Wilgers is an accomplished business leader recognized for adding significant growth and value at Ernst & Young. They are both outstanding leaders and have tremendous business experience leading complex organizations.”

Clements is Ecolab’s vice president of finance, Capability Leader, Catalyst. She has held a variety of leadership positions throughout her years at Ecolab, including vice president of corporate planning and analysis, vice president of integration, and vice president of culture and inclusion, with a consistent focus on building teams and mergers and acquisitions cultural integration. Clements serves on Boards for the YMCA and EcoPac.

Wilgers was most recently Ernst & Young’s Minneapolis office managing partner responsible for driving strategy and growth. Previously, he served as its Upper Midwest assurance leader, overseeing the delivery of audit, financial accounting advisory services, and fraud and investigative dispute services in the three-state area of Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. Wilgers currently serves as a board member for the Greater Twin Cities United Way, Minnesota Orchestral Association, and Salo LLC. He also formally served as audit committee chair for Minnesota Business Partnership.
