Our internal training, brownbags and technical sessions allow individuals to share interesting and challenging projects, new problem-solving applications, or modeling and software information.

Each member is assigned or chooses a facilitator to assist them in growing in their professional careers and help them to become technical experts, project managers, client managers or business development leaders.

Quarterly Reviews

We undertake a robust performance review program to assist members in developing a personal plan that is reviewed and updated with member facilitators on a quarterly basis.
