As part of an audit, we conduct a site survey and review records to determine compliance with applicable regulations. These regulations can include RCRA, CWA, SDWA, OPA, SARA, CERCLA, TSCA, CAA, DOT/HMTA, OSHA, NPDES, SPCC, SWPPP, UST, AST, and more. Once the audit is complete, we document our findings and provide you with a detailed spreadsheet outlining our recommendations to address any disclosed non-compliance issues. Audits are completed in the strictest confidence.  If requested, we work with your attorney to ensure attorney-client privilege.  Our goal is to help both facility and corporate managers identify not only compliance findings but to help determine the root cause to prevent repeat findings.
