Senior Air Quality Project ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Air Quality Project Manager for one of our Twin Cities offices to direct projects that involve air emissions permitting, modeling, and compliance. The Senior Air Quality Project Manager will organize and direct project teams to perform emission calculations, identify applicable air quality regulations, execute air dispersion modeling demonstrations, assist clients in identifying appropriate monitoring, testing, record-keeping, and reporting protocols, and compile appropriate forms for air emission permit applications to authorize construction and operation of industrial or electric utility facilities. The successful candidate has extensive knowledge of Clean Air Act requirements including Prevention of Significant Deterioration/New Source Review, New Source Performance Standards, and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants.
