We ensure your facility plan complies with USEPA's Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan (40CFR Part 112).  Wenck has assisted many facilities develop plans; develop management practices and procedures; develop or construct containment features; train personnel; coordinate emergency procedures and cleanups and work with other emergency agencies and contractors.

Facility Response Plans

For larger facilities, the storage of petroleum oil, vegetable oil and/or animal fats can dictate the requirements for you to prepare a Facility Response Plan (40 CFR 112.20).  We can assist you with determining the applicability of the substantial harm criteria, calculating planning distances, determining significant and substantial harm potential, assessing EPA Vs DOT jurisdiction, determining worst-case discharge, and conducting vulnerability analysis.  After the plan is prepared, Wenck can assist with leading required tabletop exercises and facilitating required field equipment drills.
