Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility Permitting

Wenck offers expertise in completing the permitting process for both new and existing Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facilities.  Our staff members have prepared RCRA Part A and Part B permits for facilities involved in hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal.  As part of the permitting process, Wenck staff regularly assists clients in negotiations with regulatory agencies.  Wenck can also "decommission" your facility, equipment, and permits, if desired.

Hazardous Waste Generator Management Assistance

Wenck will work with you to develop a waste management program to identify and characterize, minimize, and track your waste to ensure compliance and minimize liability.  We will provide assistance to clients applying for a hazardous waste generator license.  We can also provide the required hazardous waste and DOT training at your site.
