NPDES

Wenck provides the necessary technical support to develop new or re-issued NPDES permit applications of all kinds, and we can provide assistance negotiating with regulatory agencies. Additionally, most facilities are required by their NPDES permit to develop and implement Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).  Wenck has assisted clients with the development of common sense Best Management Practices (BMPs), both structural and non-structural, as well as maintained client SWPPP compliance with annual reports to regulators and SWPPP updates as site conditions change.

Industrial Pretreatment/Sanitary Sewer

Wenck offers sanitary sewer discharge and pretreatment support services.  We can prepare direct or indirect discharge applications, permit-to-install applications for wastewater pretreatment systems; negotiate with state and local agencies on effluent limitations and monitoring frequencies; and assist industrial facilities in compliance with categorical pretreatment standards.

Storm Water Discharge Permits/Plans

Wenck has extensive experience preparing storm water discharge permit applications.  Additionally, most facilities are required by their NPDES storm water permit to develop and implement storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), including implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs).
