Ballavance brings Air, Water, and Waste Permitting Expertise to Duluth Market

Duluth, Minn., (February, 2017) – Wenck announced today that it has hired Brett Ballavance, PE, as Regional Manager Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, expanding into the Duluth, Minn. market. Ballavance brings more than 25 years of diverse engineering experience to Wenck and its clients.

Wenck also announced that it is opening a new office in the Duluth Technology Village. The office puts Wenck staff on-the-ground to better serve clients in Duluth as well as northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Ballavance has spent two decades building a network of industry resources that will bring value and diverse insight to our current and prospective clients. His knowledge and understanding of the local market coupled with his reputation will elevate Wenck’s presence in northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.

As a regional manager, Ballavance will assist industry and municipalities in northern Minnesota and Wisconsin with air, water, and waste environmental permitting/compliance activities. He will engage current and prospective clients to understand their brand, culture, and internal processes, enabling him to provide strategic solutions to meet their overall business needs.

Ballavance is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota – Grand Forks, and an M.B.A from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
